Due to the nature of fragrance products and experiential services, the following policy applies.

Fragrance Products & Discovery Kits

All fragrance products, discovery kits, and samples are final sale. We do not accept returns or refunds on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Perfume Bar & Event Bookings

• Booking deposits are non-refundable

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the event and are subject to availability

Custom & Bespoke Services

All custom or personalized services are final sale.
